WARNING!: No Driving Instructor Certificate – No Test
In December, Mr. van der Heefer at Randburg Testing Station made an announcement that driving instructors that are not certified will not be allowed to do driving tests at his testing station. The cut-off date was postponed once, but the effective date is 2 April 2012. Getting rid of the Fly-by-Night driving schools has proven to be an almost insurmountable problem over the last few years. Compliments of the season everyone! After three years with the old theme it started to get, not only boring, but I started running out of functionality as technology improved in leaps and bounds…literally. New License System: Is it Good Bad or Bullshit
“We want to create a new crop of drivers,” and “the graduated licence scheme was applied in countries such as Australia and had contributed to the reduction of road accidents.” said Transport Department spokesman Logan Maistry recently but is he over-optimistic?
