Examiners & Attitudes
NOT all examiners are monsters as you’re lead to believe! A driving school or even some of your friends can confirm this.
Mostly your examiners just want to do their job and that includes testing your driving attitude and skills at parking and on the road. There are some that need a huge attitude adjustment and I suspect that they are just a little punch-drunk with power because they feel they have your future in their hands.
Not bitter, really – just seriously unsweeted!
What I CAN tell you is that they get pissed off with applicants that are not sufficiently prepared for their driver’s test. It’s tantamount to an insult and a waste of their time and I really don’t blame them at all.
What you’re saying is: “Please, please, please give me a licence….but you can’t stick to the speed limit, or stay in your lane, for instance. What really happens is that the authorities have the chance to start fresh with each and every applicant; they have the chance to filter the bad driver of the future.
Trust me, if there was any possible way by which Metro Police could hunt your ass down and ticket you due to a “favourable” pass, they would not waste any time.
But then again…why would they? You hand yourself to them on a platter when you speed or commit any other traffic violation.
